PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED.

Information You Choose to Provide to Alumah.
When using the Site, you may choose to provide us with Personal Information. Personal Information is information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, address, birthdate, telephone number, email address, credit card number or other similar information. Alumah collects Personal Information that you choose to provide to Alumah when you (1) use the Site; (2) contact Alumah through the Site, such as via an email communication.

Alumah may collect information about you when you are using the Site in a number of different ways, for example:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Alumah may aggregate any or all of your Personal Information for any purpose, provided such Personal Information is de-identified such that it is no longer identifiable as your Personal Information.

Alumah may contact you, from time to time, on behalf of itself or external business partners, about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. Alumah may share data with trusted partners to help it perform statistical analysis, send you e-mail or postal mail, provide customer support or arrange for delivery of other information. CHILDREN

Alumah does not intend that its Site be used by children under the age of 18. Alumah does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If Alumah becomes aware that a user under the age of 18 has submitted Personal Information to Alumah via the Site, Alumah will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete and expunge any Personal Information related to such child from Alumah’s records.

OPT-OUTS AND REVISIONS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you do not want to receive email communications from Alumah, you may contact us via an email at the email address set forth in the Contact Us provision below with an opt-out request that specifies the email address at which you do not wish to receive email communications from Alumah. Alumah will make a good faith effort to honor all such opt-out requests. Please keep in mind, however, that if subsequent to submitting an opt-out request, you re-submit your email address again to Alumah, you may begin to receive email communications again until you submit a new opt-out request. If you wish to revise Personal Information that you have provided to Alumah, please send an email communication to the email address set forth in the Contact Us provision below detailing the Personal Information to be changed and the change to be made. Alumah will make a good faith effort to ensure those changes are made.

SALE OR TRANSFER OF INFORMATION

In the event of a sale, merger, dissolution, liquidation of Alumah or the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of Alumah, any or all of the Personal Information and data collected about you through your use of the Site may be sold, transferred or assigned to a third party in connection with such sale, merger, dissolution, liquidation of Alumah or the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of Alumah. ALUMAH PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE

1. Protecting your privacy

Alumah has established this privacy policy to explain to you how your information is protected, collected and used, which may be updated by Alumah from time to time. Alumah will provide notice of materially significant changes to this privacy policy by posting notice on the Alumah site.

We don’t run banner ads, pop ups, pop unders, or any other kind of commercial ads. We don’t share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We don’t engage in cross-marketing or link-referral programs with other sites. Account information is password-protected. Keep your password safe. Alumah does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13. Alumah, or people who post on Alumah, may provide links to third-party Web sites, which may have different privacy practices. We are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, the privacy policies of those third-party websites, and we encourage all users to read the privacy policies of each and every site visited.

2. Data we collect

We may collect personal information if you post it in other content, in your profile or if you contact us directly. Please do not post any personal information on Alumah's site that you expect to keep private. Our web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Web logs help us to diagnose problems with our server, to administer the Alumah site, and to otherwise provide our service to you.

3. Data we store

Our web logs and other records are stored indefinitely. Although we make good-faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.
